Lacrosse has always been called the fastest sport on two feet. And how true that is especially for a more advanced level of play.
To take this camp to the next level we have joined with the Professional Athletic Performance Center to improve on each players foot skills. The Professional Athletic Performance Center has provided experienced, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches to train your athletes’ Speed and Agility. Each athlete will spend time with these coaches to learn proper Form Running and Agility Techniques for Cutting, Starting/Stopping and Change of Direction.

The Girls Camp will be both for OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE players
The cut-off is at 100 players per week and that is the firm number...
