One hour games = two 25 minute halves.  A five minute halftime and one timeout per team, per half.

In case of snow...the field will be plowed...unless a storm hits the day of the contest or the night before.

Rain will not stop play.

If the games are cancelled due to snow, they will be made up at the end of the season.

***Medical Waivers: Go to www.lisoundlacrosse.com and fill out the medical waiver form which is for the skills camp and the high school winter league. So, coaches please have your players fill this waiver out and collect them and give them to me before your first game.
